Banff-Spray Lake, 18 mi, July 31
-packing up was hard, so many things, so many decisions, so many unknowns
-we did find the trailhead behind the Banff Springs Hotel and started riding around 1pm
-the trail and views were beautiful, I don't have time to write more, I'll attach a few of the photos I took with my phone
